Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Tanimaa, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team at tanimaa.handmade@gmail.com or via our contact page. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still be eligible for a return or exchange (see Return Policy).

2. Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at tanimaa.handmade@gmail.com. After verification, we will initiate a replacement or full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items such as personal care products, customized items, or items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at tanimaa.handmade@gmail.com with your order number and concern.
  2. Attach clear images (if the product is damaged/incorrect).
  3. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
